Shipping policy

At Abstract.Art, we have partnered with a printing company who performs our print-on-demand and drop shipping. They print and ship our products directly to our customers. Our products are made to order, which means they are created just for you after you place your order. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and products, while also reducing waste.

Processing Time
Unless an issue arises, all our orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that orders may take longer to process during peak seasons or sales.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer a variety of shipping options to choose from. Shipping timeframes depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. Please see below for estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping (US/CAN): 3-7 business days

• Express Shipping (US/CAN): 1-3 business days

• Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! However, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Return Shipping
Please do not ship any product back to us without contacting us first. Please read our return policy for more information.

Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
